E-linking’s UV curable packaging greatly lengthens shelf life at ambient temperatures and prevents premature curing.E-linking has developed a highly effective custom resin packaging system for UV curable adhesives, sealants and coatings. This E-linking system includes a "double light barrier" where the UV compound is packaged in a light blocking, black applicator and the syringe itself is sealed in a black plastic pouch until ready for use. All packaging processes occur in a completely light free environment.
Compounds in a variety of viscosities, and sizes from 1 cc to 30 cc, can be packaged in this fashion. E-linking’s UV packaging system prevents premature contamination of compounds and precise premeasured amounts can be safely and efficiently dispensed.
