Premixing and Freezing Process
E-linking's premixed and frozen process includes thoroughly blending the two components, degassing them to remove entrapped air and then freezing them. Highest quality is achieved by complete in-process testing of each batch. The premixed and frozen systems are shipped in specially insulated cartons packed with dry ice. When stored at -40°C (-40°F) the shelf life is 6 months. Physical and handling properties are maintained over the product's shelf life.
